Caesarea

Caesarea is located in the northern area of the Sharon, west to Or Akiva. The city is named after ancient Caesarea, which is located to its west. Caesarea was founded in 1958 by "Keren Caesarea", with Baron de Rothschild initiating the plan after inheriting the land from his grandfather. In its early days, a golf court and a hotel were built nearby. In 1962 real-estate transactions for the lands of Caesarea have begun, and luxury villas were built. In Rothschild's boulevard, you can find the Ralli museum for arts, featuring art from Latin America. Caesarea's luxury is also evident in its commercial center, many large green areas and many community services offered for residents. The villas in Caesarea are spacious and luxurious, and are mostly built on 500 sq. m. to 6,000 sq. m. lots. The most desirable neighborhoods are the ones closest to the beach and the golf court.
